“ Came here for brunch with a friend and I absolutely loved it. Between two people, we shared 2 sides (Thai noodle salad and Kung pao stuffed potatoes), an entree (steak and eggs), and dessert (peach cobbler milky ice) and we left feeling absolutely stuffed. Thai noodle salad: loved the savory and basil flavors. It was a refreshing healthy side--the side size was perfect for us since we wanted to try their other dishes. 4.5/5 Kung pao stuffed potatoes: my friend's favorite savory dish. Definitely liked the texture of the crispy exterior and soft interior, as well as the sour cream and scallion salsa that accompanied the potatoes. 4.5/5 Steak and eggs: recommended by the staff as one of their favorites. This was my favorite savory dish--steak was cooked perfectly medium rare, paired perfect with the runny egg. I appreciate that the sauce definitely had some spicy kick and there were other fun ingredients like the crispy potatoes with shiitake mushroom. 5/5 Peached cobbler milky ice: definitely agreed to be the winning favorite for both me and my friend. Absolutely loved the ice texture (no icy chunks!) and the peach ice cream was even smoother. The ingredients made it even better with the strawberries, maple syrup, and crispy brioche French toast bites. 5/5 Service was friendly and attentive. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Free parking available in the back of the building. Overall loved the food, which were fun renditions of Asian inspired comfort food, and all reasonably priced for the amount that we got. Super glad I got to try this place for brunch. ”
“ Lunar New Year at Bar Peached was an absolute delight! The beet cocktail was a refreshing start to our celebration, perfectly balancing bright flavors that set the tone for the evening. Our must-have dish - the pork belly buns - did not disappoint. These little bites of heaven continue to be the best we've ever tasted, with their perfect blend of tender pork and delicate texture that literally melts in your mouth. The whole fish was a nostalgic highlight, transporting me back to family gatherings with its authentic flavors and expert preparation. Bar Peached once again proved why it's a gem in Austin's dining scene - delivering Asian-inspired comfort food that feels both innovative and deeply familiar. The restaurant's cozy Clarksville neighborhood vibe, combined with their consistently stellar menu, makes every visit feel like a celebration. ”
“ Highly recommend coming during Bar Peached's Social Hour! It's everyday from 5-6:30 PM. Fortunately was able to snag a parking spot this time, but the lot is small so carpooling might be a good idea if possible. We made reservations for a Saturday evening (party of 6) and were seated quickly upon arrival in the first floor/outdoor patio area. It was during golden hour, so overall just a really nice vibe. They have indoor seating on the other levels. Service was pretty fast. As for the food, the social hour menu is great and has a bunch of shareable dishes! We ordered: Charred brussels ($7) Crispy potatoes ($7) Spicy pork fries ($9) Cheese corn ($9) Sambal crab chips and dip ($9) Fried fish tacos ($4.50 each) Overall I like the fusion twist that Bar Peached adds to dishes. For example, the dishes feature flavors/ingredients such as sichuan peppercorn, cilantro chimichurri, gochujang, and caramelized kimchi. The stand outs from our visit would be the fried fish tacos, spicy pork fries, and the cheese corn, but you can't really go wrong with anything if you come during Social Hour. Note that Bar Peached adds a 5% wellness charge to all checks. ”
“ Good food and a cute spot overall. Never had anything I didn't like but not the most amazing food I've ever had. Good for a group of friends or a cute date night. One thing I really don't like is their specialty cocktails are draft (not made to order). Some times you get a sweet batch of something or really spicy marg. I don't think cocktails should ever be made like this at a nicer restaurant. ”
“ Came by for happy hour on a weekday and wasn't disappointed! Great variety, lot of food and drink options. Got the margarita de peached, cheese corn, crispy potatoes, and BP social burger. The margarita was unique with a hint of kick from the habanero. Loved the crispy potatoes and cheese corn as well. The burger was huge, the peach sauce added an extra layer. Will be coming back! ”
“ 4.5 Stars We came here for happy hour on a Tuesday. The establishment boasts an inviting atmosphere with plentiful indoor and outdoor seating, featuring a beautifully designed patio and tasteful adorable interior. The menu is "Asian fusion with a Southern Twist" - love the creativity. Our culinary journey began with a refreshing margarita and appetizers: charred Brussels sprouts ($9), Cheese Corn ($9), and Banh Mih pork belly tacos ($4.50 each during HH). The happy hour menu offered impressive prices, and the real star was the pork belly taco - a decadent, succulent generously sized creation that easily deserved five stars by itself. The Cheese Corn is super heavy and buttery. i definitely food coma'd after that lol. But I could not stop eating it! The Brussels sprouts were a delightful side - lightly crispy and glazed with a sweet, oily finish. However, the Bulgogi-style steak special ($23 on Tuesdays) was a significant disappointment. Tough, flavorless, and nearly inedible, it seemed like an unfortunate outlier in an otherwise exceptional meal. What truly elevated the experience was the staff's exceptional service. Our waitress, Lina, was particularly attentive and sweet, embodying the establishment's welcoming spirit. Despite the steak's shortcomings, the overall experience was memorable. The combination of delicious food, creative menu, great happy hour prices, cute vibes, and outstanding service makes this a venue I would enthusiastically recommend - with the caveat to perhaps skip the steak special. ”
“ I had an amazing time at Bar Peached! It has such a great vibe - quaint, yet lively neighborhood spot. The aesthetics are lovely. The service was just as beautiful. Shoutout to our waitress Lena! Frosé - Very good. It's one of the few drinks that I can easily drink all of. Duck roll - so yummy! Would definitely get again Pork fries - They were okay! I couldn't say that anything was wrong with them ... I just wouldn't get them again. Steak dish - Flavor of the steak was good, but it was tough. Wish it was more tender. I would certainly come back to Bar Peached. Next time, I'm going to try the burger. I've heard great things! ”
